Är det mjölk i Baileys?

Vart kommer Baileys ifrån?
Historien om Baileys började i Dublin 1974. David Dand anses vara upphovsmannen. Tillsammans med andra tekniska experter, David Gluckman, Tom Jago, Steve Wilson och Mac McPherson, började han experimentera med blandningar av grädde och irländsk whiskey. Det tog dem tre år innan receptet var klart.
