Vad står Cocoa Life för?
För att säkerställa långsiktig försörjning av kakaobönor av hög kvalitet till alla våra chokladprodukter, driver vi ett långsiktigt initiativ kallat Cocoa Life. Visionen är att skapa bättre arbetsförhållanden och en bättre tillvaro för alla kakaobönder, deras familjer och samhällen.
Hur påverkar choklad vår miljö?
Choklad hör till de livsmedel som påverkar klimatet mycket, dels för att man ofta skövlar regnskog för att ge plats för kakaoodlingarna och dels för att det kan bli övergödning och förgiftade marker och vattendrag. Än värre blir det om det även är palmolja i chokladen.
Finns det choklad utan palmolja?

Why did Cadbury stop making chocolate?
On 29 September 2008, Cadbury withdrew all of its 11 chocolate products made in its three Beijing factories, on suspicion of contamination with melamine. The recall affected the mainland China markets, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Australia. Products recalled included Dark Chocolate, a number of products in the ’Dairy Milk’ range and Chocolate Eclairs.

Why did Cadbury pay the FCPA penalty?
In 2017, Cadbury/Mondelez agreed to pay a $13 million FCPA penalty for making illicit payments to government officials to obtain licences and approvals to build a factory in Baddi. In 2003, Businessworld in India reported there were ‘Insects found in Cadbury’s chocolates’.
