Vem måste fylla i K10? Du som ska fylla i K10-blanketten är ägare till kvalificerade andelar i fåmansbolag. Att det ska vara ”kvalificerade” andelar innebär att du själv, eller närstående, under beskattningsåret eller något av de fem föregående beskattningsåren, ska ha varit ”verksam i betydande omfattning” i bolaget.
