Regler. En thaiboxningsmatch går under fem ronder gånger 3 minuter och reglerna tillåter slag, sparkar, kast, knän och i bland annat Thailand, Finland, Skottland och Sverige även armbågar med full kraft och utan andra skydd än handskar, tandskydd och suspensoar.

Thaiboxningen har åtta ”vapen”: nävarna, armbågar, knän och fötterna. Du kan vinna på knockout, teknisk knockout eller poäng. Tre saker behövs gör att göra poäng: träff, kraft och inte begå en foul samtidigt.
