Vad är anti-D spruta?
Om du som är gravid inte har utvecklat antikroppar får du en spruta med läkemedel i vecka 28. Läkemedlet kallas anti-D. Det är ett läkemedel som förhindrar att du blir RhD-immuniserad. Ibland finns det större risk att blodbanorna blandas.
Hur länge håller anti-D?
När det gäller patienter som fått Rh-profylax ska prov tagna inom 6 månader efter injektionen åtföljas av uppgift om när profylaxen gavs.
När ges anti-D?
Förebyggande behandling: De gravida som är RhD-negativa och bär på ett RhD-positivt foster erbjuds en förebyggande spruta med Anti-D profylax. Sprutan ges i graviditetsvecka 28+0 till 30+0. Anti-D profylax ska ges oavsett om mamman tidigare fått profylax under graviditeten av annan orsak.
