Vad betyder Crrt?
CRRT (Continous Renal Replacement Therapy) har använts inom intensivvården under mer än 20 år. Det finns idag inga evidens att tidig CRRT förbättrar överlevnaden vid sepsis men det är lättare att upprätthålla vätskebalans och patienterna kräver ofta mindre inotropt stöd när CRRT startas.
