Tantra handlar i grunden om enkelheten i att leva sitt liv och om hur du kan komma loss när du kört fast….Så hör gör du:
- Sitt i en bekväm position mitt emot din partner.
- Titta nu djupt in i din partners ögon.
- Andas djupt och håll blicken mjuk och försök att inte titta bort.
Hur lämnar man en sekt?
Det finns tre olika sätt att lämna en sekt på: a) självmant lämna sekten, ofta på grund av att ha kommit till insikt. b) bli utesluten på grund av utbrändhet så att de inte är till någon nytta för sekten längre, samt att ifrågasätta ledaren eller den yttersta sanningen.
