Vill flytta tillbaka till Sverige?
Om du tidigare haft permanent uppehållstillstånd och planerar att flytta tillbaka till Sverige kan du ansöka om uppehållstillstånd. Du ska tidigare bott i Sverige med permanent uppehållstillstånd och ha någon form av anknytning till landet.
Kan man flytta till USA som svensk?
Skall du flytta till USA så kräver vi att du har ditt arbetstillstånd/VISUM klart och godkänt. Visum ansöker du om hos Amerikanska Ambassaden och det är de som godkänner det. Så snart du har ett fått ditt visum så kan du skicka dina saker till USA tullfritt.
När man flyttar till Sverige?
Är du medborgare i ett annat EU-/EES-land kan du fritt resa till Sverige och stanna i landet i upp till tre månader. Om du ska bo längre än ett år i Sverige måste du folkbokföra dig. Kommer du från ett land utanför EU/EES och vill flytta till Sverige ska du ansöka om uppehållstillstånd i Sverige.

Can a green card application be approved with inadmissibility?
In general, USCIS can only approve your Green Card application only if none of the grounds of inadmissibility apply to you. If you are inadmissible, the law may allow you to apply for a waiver of inadmissibility or other form of relief in your situation.
Can I apply for a green card as a derivative applicant?
If you are the spouse or unmarried child under 21 years of age of an employment-based principal applicant, you may apply for a Green Card as a derivative applicant. What do I do if my conditional green card expires?
