Vad är HD samtal?
HD-voice är en teknik som förbättrar ljudkvaliteten i samtal. Det gör att det blir enklare att prata i bullriga miljöer som t. ex. kontorslandskap eller kollektivtrafiken.
Vad är VoLTE Telia?
Vi rullar successivt ut VoLTE för alla våra kunder. För Android-mobiler och iPhone kommer VoLTE alltid att fungera så länge du har senaste uppdateringen på mobilen. För vissa modeller behöver du även aktivera VoLTE i dina inställningar. När det är klart kommer du att se en symbol i din display, bredvid batteristatusen.
Vad betyder VoLTE på Samsung?
I vissa fall kan du behöva aktivera det även i mobilen. För iPhone görs det via Inställningar > Mobilnät > Röst och data. Bocka i ”VoLTE”. För de flesta Android-mobiler gå til Inställningar > Anslutning > Mobilnätverk > LTE-röstsamtal.

How are HD voice calls billed?
HD Voice calls are billed as standard voice minutes, according to your plan. If a wired headset or a Bluetooth® headset is connected to your phone, HD Voice calls may not be delivered to the headset with HD quality unless the headset is also compatible with HD Voice.
