Vid idiopatisk polyneuropati finns ingen riktad behandling. Man försöker istället med olika insatser att dämpa symtomen. Vid motorisk påverkan kan kontakt med fysioterapeut/sjukgymnast och rehabiliteringsteam vara av värde. Ibland behövs hjälpmedel för att kunna gå stadigare.
