– Man kan ha ett ob som uttrycks som till exempel en tusendel av lönen. Då blir det 30 kronor i timman om du tjänar 30.000 i månaden, eller 40 om du tjänar 40.000. Då kan vi samtidigt säga att 30 kronor är lägstanivån, det vill säga att du får det även om du tjänar mindre än 30.000 kronor.
