Vad är ett certifieringsorgan?
Ett certifieringsorgan intygar att produkten uppfyller de krav som gäller. Exempel på certifiering är CE-märkning, KRAV-märkning eller skogscertifiering. Det blir allt vanligare att man också ställer krav på tillverkningsprocessen.
Hur ofta ISO revision?
Revision görs årligen för att säkerställa att ni fortsätter att uppfylla kraven. Vart tredje år görs en så kallad omcertifiering. Då är revisionen lite mer omfattande och de flesta certifieringsorgan passar också på att byta revisor.
Vilka krav skall man ställa på ett certifieringsföretag?
Ett certifieringsföretag kan vara ackrediterat. Det betyder att landets ackrediteringsorgan intygar att företaget följer vissa krav mot att utfärda certifikat. I Sverige är det myndigheten SWEDAC som har mandat från regeringen att vara ackrediteringsorgan.
