Vad innehåller rituximab?
Vad MabThera är MabThera innehåller den aktiva substansen rituximab. Detta är en typ av protein som kallas för monoklonal antikropp. Rituximab binder till ytan av en sorts vita blodkroppar, B-lymfocyter. Då rituximab binds till ytan på denna cell gör det så att cellen dör.
