När hjälper Brintellix?
Brintellix är ett antidepressivt läkemedel som innehåller den aktiva substansen vortioxetin. Det används för att behandla egentlig depression hos vuxna. Egentlig depression är ett tillstånd som kännetecknas av humörstörningar som inverkar på patienternas vardagsliv.
Kan man sluta tvärt med Brintellix?
Efter att de depressiva symtomen har försvunnit rekommenderas behandling i minst 6 månader för att bibehålla det antidepressiva svaret. Patienter som behandlas med Brintellix kan abrupt sluta ta läkemedlet utan behov av gradvis nedtrappning av dosen (se avsnitt 5.1).
Är Brintellix ett SSRI preparat?

What is the difference between Trintellix and Wellbutrin?
Trintellix (vortioxetine) causes less sexual side-effects, but more nausea than other antidepressants that work similarly. Improves mood. Wellbutrin (Bupropion) is good for treating depression and has fewer sexual side effects than other antidepressants, but you need to be okay with avoiding alcohol.
Can Trintellix and bupropion be taken together?
If 10 mg Trintellix is fine by itself then maybe you could do well on 5 mg Trintellix + 150-300 mg bupropion. Some sources say vortioxetine levels can be doubled when taken together with strong CYP2D6 inhibitors like bupropion. thanks for responding, Im aware.
