Vad gör en TENS apparat?
Tens är en typ av smärtlindring som kan användas både om du får ont plötsligt och om du har haft ont länge. Behandlingen består av att du får plattor som sätts på huden och som skickar svag ström. Det gör att du tillfälligt får mindre ont, men själva orsaken till besvären påverkas inte.
När kan man inte använda TENS?
Högfrekvent TENS kan användas under obegränsad tid – man kan inte överstimulera. Vid lågfrekvent stimulering bör tiden begränsas till 30-45 min per behandling, eftersom träningsvärk kan uppkomma vid lång tids behandling. 6-8 behandlingar kan behövas för att uppnå fullgod effekt.
Vilket tempus är det?
”Tempus” är ett namn på de olika tidsformer, som man bildar av hjälpverb och huvudverb. Dessa tidsformer används för att beskriva handlingar och tillstånd i nutid, dåtid och framtid. Ordet tempus betyder ursprungligen ”tid”.
Hur böjer man i imperfekt?
