När är det koppeltvång på hund?
Lagen finns för att skydda vilda djur under den tid på året när de får sina ungar. I lagen om tillsyn över hundar och katter står att hundar under tiden den 1 mars till 20 augusti ska hållas under sådan tillsyn att de hindras från att löpa lös i marker där det finns vilt.
Måste hunden vara kopplad på tomten?
Det finns inga juridiska skyldigheter att som hundägare gränsa av sin egen tomtgräns för att man äger en hund som vistas lös på den egna tomten. Såvida inte hunden går utanför tomtgränsen och skapar olägenhet för sin omgivning kan inga sådana krav ställas.
