Hur levererar Early Bird till lägenhet?
Earlybird – Är ett paraplybolag som ser till att tidningarna levereras i brevlådan eller till dörr. Dom har tillgång till 98% av Sveriges trapphus så du behöver inte ange portkod vid beställning. Vid leverans så ska namnet på paketet stämma överens med det som står i trapphus och vid dörr/brevlåda.

From 1 October 2015, anyone buying or selling property will need an IRD number.
What is an IRD number and do I need one?
Your IRD number keeps track of the tax you pay and helps make sure you pay the right amount or get the right entitlements. It’s unique to you. If you have a company, trust, partnership or other type of business, you’ll need a different IRD number for each one.
What are the tax rules for a trust?
Trusts often have money or property that’s used as an investment to earn revenue. This revenue becomes the trust’s income as it’s earned. The initial settlement on the trust is not income for tax purposes. Estates can continue to earn money after a person has died. This income follows trust tax rules.
