Finns det slush?

Slush tillverkas vanligtvis i en maskin som fryser drycken till rätt konsistens. Man kan även göra slush hemma med olika metoder.

Sockerhalt i slush För att förhindra att blandningen fryser fast måste sockerhalten på slushen vara mellan 12% – 22% i blandningen i slushmaskinen. Sockret fungerar som frostskyddsmedel i lösningen.
