Who is Buffy the Vampire Slayer?
Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The series narrative follows Buffy Summers (played by Sarah Michelle Gellar ), the latest in a line of young women known as ”Vampire Slayers”, or simply ” Slayers ”. In the story, Slayers or the ’Chosen Ones’ are ”called” (chosen by fate) to battle against vampires, demons, and other forces of darkness.

Buffy has inspired a range of official works, including television shows, books, comics, games, and podcasts. This expansion of the series encouraged use of the term ” Buffyverse ” to describe the franchise and the fictional universe in which Buffy and related stories take place.
