Vad menas force majeure?
Force majeure är en juridisk term som används för att beskriva under vilka onormala eller oförutsedda händelser som en avtalspart inte är bunden av sina förpliktelser enligt avtalet. Naturkatastrofer, statliga ingripanden, krig, arbetskonflikt och liknande benämns ofta force majeure.
