Registrera alltid din My Passport-disk och få senaste uppdateringar och specialerbjudanden. Det är lätt att registrera My Passport-disken via programvaran WD Drive Utilities enligt beskrivningen i ”Registrera din disk” på sidan 25. Det går även att registrera dig online på http://register.wdc.com.

Why can’t I connect to WD my Cloud on Windows 10?
If they select “no” on that particular screen (example below), Windows 10 will block access to certain local devices possibly including the WD My Cloud. Is WD MyCloud still reachable?
It is still reachable through the internet IP 192.168.1.5 I can use the dashboard but it cannot be recognised by the computer. The WD discovery tool does recognise the networked Mycloud but the windows that pops up shows the Map and Browse Network options in gray color (inactive). Any suggestions? What devices can connect to wdmycloud?
All devices (Windows laptops, iPads, and iPhones) have connected fine. About one year ago got a new work laptop (pretty standard Dell Latitude) Windows10 and CANNOT see my WDMyCloud device.
Can My Windows 10 work laptop see the MyCloud device?
Again 2 Windows 10 laptop computers (personal) can see/access the MyCloud device without any issues. Also all iPhones and iPads at home can access the MyCloud device fine. It is only my “new” Windows 10 work laptop computer provided my employer back in August 2019…
