Runners knee (löparknä) ger symptom som smärta eller knäppljud på utsidan av knät. Det uppstår ofta vid löpning, böjning eller ryckande belastning. Smärtan börjar ofta smygande och kan öka till att bli en stark, distinkt smärta på knäts utsida.
Hur får man bort löparknä?

- Böj ditt vänstra ben.
- När du drar benet mot dig, försök att räta ut knäet så mycket som möjligt, med hälen böjd och pekande mot taket.
- Håll stretchen i 20 sekunder och byt sedan ben.
- Upprepa upp till tre gånger på varje ben.
